John F Kennedy Airport (JFK) Information

John F. Kennedy International Airport is the busiest of the New York Metro Airports.  It consists of 8 passenger terminals of which 7 are active.  All the terminals as well as the on airport long term parking and short term parking are linked by a light rail system referred to as AirTran JFK.  AirTran also connects to local public rail line including NYC Subway (A, E, J, and Z) and the Long Island Railroad (LIRR).  With these public transportation options one can get to various locations in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.  AirTran runs every 7 to 15 minutes depending on time of day and is ADA compliant.
